sessions into your weekly or monthly routine. These are just some of the

You work long hours and are unable to find a class that suits you at convenient
times
You would like to further develop your practise to the next level
You would like a tailor-made class to suit your needs
Your doctor has advised you to start practicing yoga for an ailment e.g. back
problems
You would prefer to practice yoga in the privacy of your own home

The advantage of a private yoga session is that we can work
together to tailor the practise to meet your individual needs physically and
emotionally, and thus develop a level of fitness and flexibility at your own
pace in a natural and healthy way. I work with my London based clients for a minimum of one and
a half hours, usually at their home and I provide all the equipment and yoga
props. I also always ask you to have minimum interruption as possible to gain
