emotional clearing and coaching..
I believe that prior to making goals and moving forwards it is really important to 'clear ourselves of old habitual patterns' that hold us back and acts as barriers on all levels of our being. A bit like trying to fill up a jug of water when the jug is already full. I work with my clients for 3 to 4 emotional clearing sessions, using a technique that has been passed down to me. This technique is simple, consistent. extremely powerful and acts very quickly. All of my clients have cited that their lives have changed fundamentally for the better after these sessions.
Thereafter I coach you usually once or twice a month depending on your needs in actualising your short and long terms goals. These goals can be related to your health, physical body, emotional needs, spirituality, your relationships and your career, something you love and enjoy.
