I feel very lucky to have had my introduction to yoga with Dimple; Dimple brings warmth and humour to her lessons, and her teaching emphasises the spiritual basis of yoga. Dimple also has a gift for explaining and illustrating the movements and the postures. This has helped me to avoid falling into bad habits early on, also making it easier for me to advance in my practice. Even in a large class Dimple brings a personal touch, helping her students with individual attention, adjustment of their postures and praise (when it’s due!).
