To get the maximum benefit from your yoga class, try to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts so that you can get nicely settled in and to relax into the ambience. Please do not eat a big meal at least 2 hours before class, one hour for a light snack and not to drink water during class as this will add unnecessary strain on your internal digestive organs. It is also advisable to bring along a small towel, especially for Astanga Vinyasa and most importantly, to come to class with an open mind, leaving your ego at the door (yoga is non-competitive), a smile, a willingness to learn and a touch of child-like curiosity.
This is your time and your space, leaving your worries and anxieties behind you so that you leave your dimpleyoga class afterwards feeling completely rejuvenated, relaxed and revitalised, in body, mind and spirit.
